For general support, billing issues, privacy requests, and policy questions, contact us at [email protected].

If you are signed in and need account-specific follow-up, you may also use the in-app support center to submit and track tickets.

What to include in your message

Please include the email address linked to your account, the approximate time the issue occurred, screenshots if available, and any relevant order number or receipt.

For privacy or deletion requests, please send the request from your account email whenever possible so we can verify ownership more efficiently.

Response times and conduct

We usually respond within 1 to 3 business days, although complex billing, abuse, or legal reviews may take longer.

Please do not send threats, abusive language, or repeated duplicate submissions. We may limit or refuse support interactions that are fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe for our team.
