Credits are a limited digital balance used to purchase features and analysis on LoveCoach. Credits are not a bank deposit, stored value product, investment product, or any other financial instrument.

Credits may be purchased or granted through promotions. Purchased credits remain in your account until used, unless local law requires otherwise. Promotional credits may expire or be revoked according to the campaign rules. All credits are for use on LoveCoach only, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred, gifted, resold, or pledged to another person.

AI-generated suggestions are automated outputs and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for your decisions, communications, and any consequences that follow.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, payment, fraud, or security risk.
