Refund Policy

Because LoveCoach sells digital services that can be consumed immediately, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case under the rules below.

General rule

Purchases of credits or digital features are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed and the credits or features have been delivered, except where refund rights are required by applicable law.

Credits are limited digital service units. They are not cash, e-money, prepaid bank value, or transferable property. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred to another account.

When refunds or corrections may be approved

We may approve a refund, reversal, or account correction if you were charged more than once for the same order, payment succeeded but credits were not delivered, or a verified technical failure prevented access to unused purchased credits.

To request review, contact support within 7 days of the transaction and include the account email, order number, payment receipt, and a short explanation of the issue.

What is generally not refundable

We generally do not refund credits that have already been used, partially used bundles after substantial consumption, dissatisfaction with AI output where the purchased service was delivered, or losses caused by unsupported devices, local network issues, or incorrect account information you provided.

Promotional credits, bonus credits, and accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or chargeback risk are not eligible for discretionary refunds.

Processing and disputes

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on banks and payment providers.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before filing a chargeback whenever possible so we can investigate promptly and reduce unnecessary account restrictions.
